No purchase required. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter online, complete the online form located at Georgiagolfandtravel.com Complete the online form with your Name, correct email address and zip code, then, click the ‘Enter to Win’ button. Incomplete entries are void. No responsibility is assumed for lost, mutilated, misdirected, or incomplete electronic entries for any reason.

A person is eligible to win more than one monthly prize. The more days you enter the sweepstakes, the greater your chances of winning.

WHO CAN WIN

This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, Canada and District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and their household residents of Georgiagolfandtravel.com, Bridgestone Golf are not eligible.

ENTRY LIMITS

Only one entry will be allowed in any 24-hour period. Any attempt by a person to enter more than permitted will result in disqualification of the entrant, at the discretion of Georgiagolfandtravel.com, upon verification.

Weekly Golf Ball Winners

One winner of one (1) dozen Bridgestone Golf golf balls will be selected from all contest entries at random on a monthly basis.

NOTIFICATION TO WINNER/FORFEITURE OF PRIZE

Each winner will be emailed (if electronically entry is drawn), mailed or telephoned (if mailed entry is drawn) and has 7 days from date email is sent, mail is sent, or telephoned to respond and confirm any requested information necessary to confirm their eligibility and their shipping address, or the prize will be forfeited. Prize will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of confirmation with shipping instructions.
