The Georgia Golf Course Owners Association (GGCOA) is extremely excited to announce a new partnership recently formed with Georgia Golf & Travel. Sharing many of the same interests and goals relating to the game of golf in Georgia, this partnership will be focused on working with golf course owners, operations and golfing consumers to continue to improve and grow the game.
“The mission of the Georgia Golf Course Owners Association is to enhance the lives of golf course owners & operators by making their businesses more profitable, more efficient, better managed, and more stable, while promoting a high level of service to their customers and members”, says Matt Brown, Executive Director of the GGCOA. “Our goal is to continue to work with our owners and operators in state to make sure that their business interests are protected, while at the same time they are providing the absolute best product for all golfers that either live in or are visiting our great state. With those goals and objectives in mind, it makes complete sense for us to work with Doug and his team at Georgia Golf & Travel”
Doug Hollandsworth, Founder of Georgia Golf & Travel LLC, says "Georgia Golf & Travel is pleased to be a partner of the Georgia Golf Course Owners Association. We feel that through our marketing efforts and working with the Georgia Tourism Division to promote Georgia as a premier golf destination for both playing and living, being a sponsor and helping the GGCOA is one of our first priorities and most important things we had to do"
Doug went on to say " We know The Georgia Golf Trail will attract many new golfers to our great state thus helping both public and private golf courses which brings new revenue into the state and benefits us all.”
In addition, Georgia Golf & Travel will be working with the GGCOA in helping to continue to grow and expand www.Play18.com.
