Atlanta, GA – July 12, 2013 - Georgia Golf & Travel is pleased to announce that Nick Valentino has joined our staff as Director of Online Marketing.

Nick brings over 15 years of golf and travel marketing expertise. He has worked one on one with major destinations, CVBs, hotels, resorts, tourism boards, ad agencies as well as golf and travel marketing firms to help these organizations increase their awareness in the market place, as well as, help with their bookings and sales.

Nick will manage and implement all online marketing campaign including:
SEO | SEM | Social Media | Lead Generation | E-mail Marketing | Sales

Nick has already begun work on the following:

- Establishing a blog on the website so articles, pictures and videos from all resorts and sponsors can be posted.

-Updating, maintaining and marketing all of our social media outlets, including but not limited to Facebook and Twitter.

-Updating all major search engines to keep The Georgia Golf Trail and Georgia Golf and Travel in forward motion.

- Establishing a LinkedIn profile for The Georgia Golf Trail - this will connect the decision makers of major corporations who put together travel plans, corporate outings and meetings to Georgia, showing them the great Georgia destinations that would benefit their companies.

- Actively contacting golf courses, CVBs, hotels, restaurants and attractions in the state of GA to have them become affiliate members.

Nick has his Masters degree in Business Management from Dowling College and Finance degree from Slippery Rock University. Originally from New York Nick relocated to Georgia in 2006 and says he’s here for good. Nick loves to golf, hike and mountain bike all over Georgia.
