Over this past weekend, Georgia News Network started the Golf Season off early with a interview with Georgia Golf & Travel Founder Doug Hollandsworth, Hollandsworth talked about what they are doing on the Georgia Golf Trail and how things are working with different marketing programs with some of their members.
Doug Hollandsworth commented about Georgia News Network, "they do a great job getting the word out about golf here in Georgia, we have been partnering up with them since our first year back in 2013." Hollandsworth continued, each year the stations run a special on golf at different times of the year and The Georgia Golf Trail is always apart of the radio pieces." Over 70 Radio Stations carried the interview and a estimated 250,000 people heard the interview as most of the stations ran it a few times over the weekend
