The Georgia Golf Trail was also reaching a lot of travelers through Georgia a couple of weeks ago at the on going Georgia on My Mind Days at the Valdosta Visitor Center off I-75. The State of Georgia Tourism Department puts on these days throughout the year at the Visitor Centers.

Doug Hollandsworth remarked, " we love being apart of these days at the Visitor Centers, we can actually talk to hundreds of people who are traveling but don't know anything about golf here in Georgia." Hollandsworth continued, "We have them putt for prizes and share to them about what great golf we have here in Georgia."

The Georgia Visitor Centers reach over 14 million travelers each year and the Georgia Golf Trail has a partnership with the Department of Economic Impact Tourism.
